How do you ensure the health of the Koi during transit?
All Koi are professionally packed in double-thickness oxygenated bags and placed within sturdy, insulated boxes. We use specialized overnight couriers to ensure the fish spend the minimum amount of time in transit, arriving healthy and stress-free.
When will my fish be delivered?
We typically ship on Wednesdays and Thursdays for next-day delivery. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm a specific delivery date to ensure someone is home to receive and acclimatize the fish immediately.
Are your Koi bred on-site or imported?
Cuttlebrook Koi Farm is a dedicated UK breeding facility. Most of our stock is bred and raised right here on our farm from high-quality Japanese bloodlines, ensuring they are well-acclimatized to the UK climate.
What is your policy on returns and health guarantees?
Due to biosecurity risks, we cannot accept returns on live fish once they have been introduced to your pond. However, we guarantee live arrival and initial health. If there are any issues upon delivery, please contact us within 2 hours with photographic evidence.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure payments through PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I visit the farm to choose my fish in person?
Yes, we welcome visitors during our seasonal opening hours. We recommend checking our website or calling ahead to book an appointment so our experts can be available to assist you in selecting the perfect Koi.
